SHIPPING POLICY

Sugar Rush ships the product within 48 business hours. However, the shipment can be delayed in the case of unforeseen circumstances. You will be contacted and will be updated about it. If the shipping carrier provides the tracking number you will be kept updated about the status of your order. You will get the official invoice after you receive your product.

Shipping rates are according to the overall order weight and the buyer’s location. You will be shown the shipping cost before you access the final checkout page.



Temperature

Sugar Rush accepts no liabilities for a damaged product because of weather conditions. We are also not responsible for any damage due to the courier.



Returns

In case of any problem with your order, kindly get in touch with our customer service department within one week of receiving your product for requests of exchange/refund. Our customer service department should approve the requests.

Refunds do not include shipping rates. You are responsible for shipping items to Sugar Rush in their original condition at their cost.
