By placing an order with Sugarush, you agree to the following terms of sale.
Orders will be shipped within 48 business hours. However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can cause orders to be shipped later then 48hrs but we will contact you if this is the case to update you.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the information. Order confirmation which is received after placing an order from Sugarush is NOT the final invoice. You will find the offical invoice when receiving your shipment.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping and will have a chance to cancel your order.
Please be aware of the temperatures of the final destination as well as the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). Sugarush does not take responsibility for the damaged porduct due to weather or responsible for any damage caused by the courier.
If there any concerns with your order please contact our Customer Service department within 7 days of receiving your order. Any refund/exchange requests must be approved by our Customer Service Department.
Refunds exclude shipping costs. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to www.sugarush.ca in their original condition at their expense.
